My real AI sales stack as a solo founder (2026)

I run sales, marketing and delivery for an AI agency mostly alone. The only way that works is a stack of agents doing the repetitive work behind the scenes - with me approving anything that leaves the building. Here is the actual stack, not a listicle.
The principles first
- Own your data. My CRM is self-hosted. Every conversation - WhatsApp, email, call transcripts - lives in my database, not in a vendor's cloud.
- Agents draft, humans send. Nothing goes out to a prospect without my approval. This one rule removes 90% of the risk of automation.
- No new interfaces. The work happens where it already happens: WhatsApp, Gmail, LinkedIn, my calendar. Agents plug into those instead of adding another tab.
The stack
- Claude Code - the engine. It built my CRM, my website (including this blog), my marketing tooling, and it runs scheduled jobs that keep everything in sync.
- Self-hosted CRM on Supabase - 4,665 contacts, one source of truth, synced from every channel. A chat copilot searches all my conversations and drafts replies.
- Fathom - records and transcribes every sales call. Transcripts flow into the CRM, and an agent drafts the follow-up before I've made coffee.
- Meeting prep agent - twice a day, an agent checks my calendar, researches every external meeting (CRM history, emails, LinkedIn, the web) and files a one-page brief. I walk into every call prepared.
- Apollo + Wiza - enrichment: emails, phones, tech stack for target accounts.
- WhatsApp automation - in Israel, deals live on WhatsApp. My group conversations export to searchable text daily, and contacts push from the CRM straight to my phone.
- Vercel - hosting for the site and every landing page, deployed by one command.
The honest part: none of this arrived in a box. It accumulated - one bottleneck at a time, one agent at a time, over months. Which happens to be exactly the method we sell: start with one Quick Win, prove ROI, expand. I'm my own case study.
What I would tell a founder starting today
Do not buy ten tools. Pick the one process that bleeds the most hours - for me it was meeting follow-ups - and put one agent on it, with human approval on every send. When it sticks, add the next one.
